Ed is most at home helping clients get the actionable market insight they need to make critical business decisions.  He’s been around long enough to have a solid foundation in research practice and to have developed a healthy skepticism that “the way we’ve always done it” is going to cut it in the 21st century.

This blog is Ed’s soapbox to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of research practice. It’s also his platform to prod, cajole, and kick the industry into a broader, more creative vision of what research can do and how researchers can contribute to their companies and clients.
